We possess one of the largest CNC routers in the area. With a cutting area of 2500 x 1400 x 115.the possibilities are endless. We can engrave a variety of materials including plastics, foam, wood, MDF, aluminium and other metals, solid surface and composite materials.

STONEGATE ESTATES Built-up clear perspex letters with a 75mm return, sprayed gold and lacquered. A full paint preparation was also applied to the fascia, door and windows.

COX’S OF LETCHWORTH Each individual letter was sprayed gold, lacquered and wax polished for weather proofing. Fixed onto burgundy perspex and framed in anodised aluminium. We also applied a paint preparation to the windows and doors.

NORTH HERTS COLLEGE Individual Stainless Steel lettering raised on locaters. Each letter has a 75mm return and is fitted with brass nuts and bolts.

ENGRAVED BRASS SIGNS We can engrave onto any suitable metals including brass, aluminium, stainless steel etc. The engraved letters can then be left natural or infilled with colour. We can match any pantone colour.
